John Frazee
John Frazee (born 1949) is an artist from New York City, New York. Frazee's work as a painter and sculptor is displayed around the world. He is also known for a science humor story he wrote in OMNI magazine, the Buttered cat paradox. ==Education and career== Born in New York City, Frazee received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Pratt Institute, having studied previously at the High School of Art & Design in New York City. He has since had over 10 solo exhibitions, and his work has been included in over 100 group exhibitions. In 1993 John Frazee won a contest for a short story called the buttered cat paradox in ''OMNI'' magazine competition. The paradox arises when one considers what would happen if one attached a piece of buttered toast (butter side up) to the back of a cat, then dropped the cat from a large height.
